AL500
Our AL500 is a 94% Alumina which, like our AL300, features high dielectric strength.
This material is excellent for ceramic-to-metal bonding, electrical insulation and isolation as it features high metallized strength, it is vacuum tight and is a good electrical insulator.
We use this material for a wide range of products such as vacuum power tubes, contactor housings and high strength insulators used in applications such as x-ray tubes and firewall connectors, for the medical, aerospace, defense and astronomy industries.
